The collection includes 200 watercolors of sharks, rays, morays, coral reef fishes of the Atlantic, popular game fishes of the Atlantic, bottom fishes of the Florida Coast, Gulf of Mexico fishes, fishes common around Cape Cod, Southern California marine fishes and fishes of lakes and streams. The drawings are divided into groups organized and established by Mrs. Schubert. The collection also includes indicies to the collection prepared by Mrs. Schubert. The collection also includes some transcripts of newspaper articles describing Mrs. Schubert's work and a transcript of a letter from Ernest Lyons to Mrs. Schubert dated Dec. 11, 1939 describing her work.
